What happens if I have a complaint or want a refund?
In the unlikely event of a complaint, you should inform AllBody UK Ltd as soon as possible via email within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
If there is a fault with your order, please describe the fault and supply photos by email to the email address below. email@example.com
If after reviewing your photo’s the problem is apparent we will ask you to return the faulty product for exchange to us at the address below:

If a fault is found, we will arrange for replacements to be issued and we will refund any costs incurred in returning the order.
